Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Norway only.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and postal conditions.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping is available for all orders above 350 NOK.

• For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Sustainability Commitment

For environmental reasons, we reuse packaging materials whenever possible.

Our green packaging chips are 100% biodegradable, made from corn starch, and dissolve naturally in water. Each parcel is packed with care to protect your products while minimizing impact on the environment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take full responsibility if a product arrives damaged. Please contact us at post@floraorganics.no with your order number and photos of the product within 7 days of delivery.

Flora Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
