Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through floraorganics.no. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

The buyer is the consumer who places the order on floraorganics.no.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, Stripe and Vipps**.
All payments are securely processed at checkout, and your card will be charged at the time of purchase. All prices are in NOK and include applicable VAT.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship exclusively within Norway.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
Expected delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Deliveries are handled by Posten & Bring.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per Norwegian law.
To exercise this right, contact us at post@floraorganics.no before the deadline. You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at post@floraorganics.no.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Returns
In addition to your legal withdrawal rights, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be sealed and unused. Return shipping is covered by Flora Organics.
To initiate a return, email us at post@floraorganics.no with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit — your choice.
Refunds are usually processed within a few working days.
Complaints Handling
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years of receiving the item.
Please contact us at flora@floraorganics.no with your order number, a description of the issue and, if applicable, photos.
We cover return shipping for valid complaints and will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve together, you may bring your complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or The Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law, and you may also bring the case before a Norwegian court.
